Welcome to Jigsaw Planet. By using jigsawplanet.pro (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Jigsaw Planet provides free online jigsaw puzzle games. Images in the gallery are turned into playable puzzles with selectable piece counts, timers and public leaderboards. The Service is provided free of charge and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time.

2. Accounts

• You may play without an account. An account is required to appear on leaderboards and sync your best times across devices.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and recovery code safe. We cannot recover an account without the recovery code.
• You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person.
• Account creation is intended for users aged 13 and over.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload a profile photo or use a display name that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, the admin area, or the server.
• Use bots, scripts or exploits to manipulate solve times or leaderboards.
• Scrape, copy or redistribute the Service's content at scale without permission.

We may remove content, reset leaderboard entries, or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the profile photo and display name you provide. By submitting them you give us a non-exclusive license to display them on the Service (for example, on public leaderboards) for as long as your account exists.

5. Our content

The Service's design, code, branding and puzzle gallery are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reuse them outside the Service without permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that stored data (including best times and leaderboard entries) will never be lost.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is free; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
